Description

One Zero, the Digital Bank, is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role supports the HR department in day-to-day operational activities, including payroll processing, employee benefits administration, onboarding, office & facilities management and employer branding initiatives. The position requires working closely with multiple departments while providing excellent service to employees

Your Day-to-Day

HR Administration & Payroll

  • Working with the payroll department - preparing monthly reports for payroll processing
  • Comprehensive management of employee attendance through the "Hilan" system - including processing time records, handling exceptions, and generating attendance
  • Providing ongoing support to employees regarding salary, vacations, workplace accidents, maternity leave and military reserve duty

Welfare & Employer Branding

  • Onboarding new employees - conducting first-day orientations including introductions to key functions in the organization
  • Help with planning and execute company events, Happy hours, wellness initiatives and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and social media content creation

Office & Facilities Management

  • Ensure a well-maintained, organized, and efficient office environment. Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring timely procurement for meetings and daily operations.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and office supply vendors to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Familiarity with payroll and welfare processes in an organization
  • Knowledge of Israeli labor laws
  • Experience with AI tools and applications
  • Full proficiency in Excel and Office tools
  • English – high level
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and discretion
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
  • Efficiency and accuracy in task execution
