Operations & Employee Experience Team Lead (Temporary)

We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Operations & Employee Experience Team Lead to join us for a temporary role. This position is ideal for someone with strong operational instincts, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in organizational operations and employee experience.

• Overseeing all aspects of office operations, including facilities, infrastructure, vendors, contracts, safety, and maintenance.
• Managing the operations & employee experience team, including our Office Manager and the Employee Experience team.
• Owning and guiding the wellbeing & employee experience strategy across the company, ensuring alignment with company values and creating meaningful moments throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Managing annual budgets and operational planning for both office and wellbeing functions.
• Creating and improving operational workflows and processes, both short- and long-term.
• Collaborating closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive cross-company operational initiatives.
• Providing day-to-day leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to the team.

• At least 1 year of experience managing a team.
• Minimum of 5 years in operations, employee experience, or managing similar logistical environments.
• Proven experience in budget management, vendor relations, and leading end-to-end operational processes.
• Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills with a get-things-done approach.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Office tools and Google Workspace.
