About the role

We are looking for someone with a passion for understanding consumers, willing to lead the industry revolution with AI, and who wants to transform work processes.

  • Monitor and understand market trends and competition through research, conferences, customer interactions, and feedback from the sales team.

  • Analyze data sets to extract insights, including performance measurement related to product adoption, usage, and revenue generation.

  • Collaborate on go-to-market plans, take part in identifying new growth opportunities, and support sales enablement efforts.

  • Define ICPs for target segments.

  • Identify the pains/challenges of target segments.

  • Articulate the value propositions for each target segment

  • Create value proposition decks and sales enablement tools, such as cheat sheets and competitive battle cards.

  • Work closely with the marketing team and contribute to demand generation activities, website messaging, thought leadership webinars, conference themes, and more.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or equivalent experience

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and measure outcomes.

  • Independent research and analysis skills for markets and business opportunities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

  • Storytelling capabilities to craft a coherent and compelling narrative for internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Have an excellent track record of creating high-quality marketing collateral, across multiple channels

  • Are self-driven but able to take direction and drive results with direct and cross-functional teams

  • Experience in the Food industry - A big plus
