Description
DealHub provides a leading solution to streamline quote-to-revenue processes. We provide our customers with full onboarding and implementation processes, which are done by the Customer Success team and the Onboarding Manager especially.
The Onboarding Manager is responsible for leading the customer's onboarding process both high-level and low-level, while acting as the trusted advisor of the customers.
Your day-to-day tasks will include customer meetings and calls in different time zones, collaborating with different teams, and working in-depth on Dealhub's solution and its ecosystem.
You will be responsible for collecting customer's business requirements, build the configuration and integrations, answering questions, and ensuring the client is satisfied with the solution. You'll lead the onboarding process and projects end-to-end, and make sure to provide the best solution for our customers worldwide.

Requirements
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
Excellent communication skills with strong customer-facing orientation
Extraordinary logical thinking, with strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mind
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Great ambitious and problem-solving approach
Ability to work in different time zones and manage your calendar independently
Collaborative persona that loves working in a team
Graduated in relevant fields (Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems / Economics)
Experience or proven knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Microsoft Dynamics) - advantage
Experience of implementing software end-to-end - great advantage!
